The way the Cavs were unleashed in the first quarter last night requires close study. This game was over after the 1st quarter. Over. The bench came in with a 16 point lead, traded baskets for a while, then Lebron came back in in the 2nd and torched the place with 4 threes in the span of two minutes.
In the first quarter, you got a glimpse of just how much of an offensive machine the Cavs will be. Z was dominant. Drew Gooden seemed a man possessed. Larry Hughes looked utterly content to be Robin to Lebron James’ Batman. And it all looked so effortless.
