Cavs handle Blazers, win fourth in a row

LeBron James led the Cavaliers with 32 points, seven rebounds, and seven assists as they cruised to their fourth straight win, beating the Blazers 100-87. With the win, the Cavs improve to 6-2 on the season and 4-1 at the Q. Even the offensively challenged Eric Snow got into the act, scoring 13 points.

Unfortunately, Larry Hughes still can’t avoid the injuries. Hughes injured his leg in the second quarter as he was diving for a loose ball. However, X-ray’s were negative and it doesn’t appear to be serious.

It seems the Cavs are finally starting to get into rhythm after a tough stretch with the Bobcats and Hawks. They have scored 100 or more points in three of their last four games. The quality of opponents recently hasn’t been that great but the Cavs are beating the teams they should and are taking care of business.
