Cavs need to take care of business

The Cleveland Cavaliers need to go at least .500 for the last 16 games to pretty much assure themselves of the fourth seed and home court for the NBA playoffs. The Cavs are battling the Indiana Pacers and Washington Wizards for the fourth, fifth and six spots. This year it will be critical to finish strong and secure home court. The last few weeks Cleveland has looked shaky, reminding us of last years collapse.
Lebron and the Cavs would get a huge boost of confidence by securing that spot and starting off at home for the playoffs. The Detroit Pistons are in our division, so this is really the best spot they could have expected when the season began. This should allow them to concentrate on the positives and go into the playoffs with a full head of steam.
If Larry Hughes returns, I fully expect Cleveland to advance to the second round and get some well needed playoff experience.
