Dilfer on Harrington

The blind lead the blind in today’s Detroit Free Press….

“I think how he handles this adversity will define his career,” Browns quarterback Trent Dilfer said. “There’s been a lot of guys that kind of cowered under the pressure and went and hid somewhere, and they weren’t successful down the road. And if you can just man up to the pressure and take responsibility for it and let your teammates see you haven’t lost confidence, that will go a long way in the future.”

Quoting Trent Dilfer on Joey Harrington’s troubles is one of the more entertaining pieces of futility I’ve seen in a while.
