First the White Sox. God, I hate them.
And now the Steelers. God, I hate them even more.
It’s funny that I just referenced the Big G twice, even though it’s clear he doesn’t like me. I am, after all, a Cleveland sports fan.
I am so tired of watching other teams, other fans, other cities celebrate championships. When am I going to hang on to every last word of a postgame awards presentation? When am I going to start dialing the first time I see that SI Champions commercial? When are we going to see a ticker tape parade in downtown Cleveland, fer cryin out loud?
Watching two of our bitterest rivals hoist tropies and douse themselves in champagne over the last four months has truly been awful. It’s time for someone to get it right and bring home a title. So come on LeBron. Shapiro. Savage. Someone accomplish something.
Within the next three or four years, I want to be hanging out of the window screaming “We won!” while my wife drives my drunk ass home from a sportsbar.

just think back about 15 years ago at this exact time, the “brilliant” art moe-dell passes on bill cowher (too much like marty i hear, yeah we wouldn’t want any more division titles and anymore division dominance) and he chooses the “genius” bill bellychick. some one up there does not like cleveland sports team!!!
Some, when given lemons, make lemonade. You Clevelanders, just suck on them.

What made watching that even worse was the fact this was the first time the team the had the least yards in the Bowl, the team the lost the turnover battle, and lost the time of possession still won. I would love to say the refs gave them the game, which in many ways they did, but the Squealers made the plays they had to.
I’ll bet any amount of money every Browns saw the Randel El pass coming as soon as they started the reverse. How the Seahawk defense doesn’t cover Ward better on that is a mystery. That is what the Steelers do every game. They have trick plays hidden up their ass. The Seahawks needed a Browns fan at practice this week the coach against those plays.
I’m only 40, and if I live to the average age of 75, that gives the Browns exactly 35 years to get to and win the game…No pressure guys, plenty of time to get this thing figured out.

If it wasn’t for the Buckeyes, I’d have given up on sports years ago.
considering the past 3 or 4 seasons, i would agree 100% with G. at this point what hope as a cleveland fan do we have? i am just about done with browns/indians. always something with both of them. why care anymore?
