Jim Tressel, the Ohio State football coach, complimented the Florida Gators and Michigan Wolverines when he chose not to vote in the final polls. Tressel stated it wouldn’t be fair for the Buckeyes to cast a vote one way or the other.
Lloyd Carr, Michigan football coach, called this move “slick” in a statement today. I have finally figured this out. LLOYD CARR IS A POOR LOSER. He’s a “bad” game day coach and “cry baby” when he loses. The University of Michigan is a successful program that’s going through some tough times against their arch rival.
Carr should be concerned about beating the USC Trojans and attracting star recruits to Michigan. Instead, he’s whining about how Tressel didn’t vote in the BCS. This is truly just another reason why Ohio State will find a way to continue beating “that team up North”.

Lloyd Carr and everyone who ever put on the “Urine and Blue,” are a bunch of cry babies. Everything should be settled on the field. They didn’t take care of business when they had the opportunity. Had they beated the Buckeyes, they would be playing for the national championship. And you know they wouldn’t want to face the Buckeyes in a rematch. Carr probably would’ve voted Florida second, and Boise State third. Everyone would be saying that Ohio State had their chance, and telling them to stop bitching. Jim Rome, Skip Clueless, Lee Corso, even Kirk Herbstreet. Bitchigan is not the second best team in the country. They don’t deserve to play for the national championship. So shut up already, stop crying, and moaning, and bitching. You lost. Grow a pair, and take it like a man!!! You’re playing in the Rose Bowl, be happy.
Amazing, time and time again reports ask these kinds of questions, trying to get controversial responses, and then appear appalled when that’s exactly what happens. Carr was asked what he thought and gave his opinion, I hardly call this whining. Two weeks ago, Braylon was asked about a hit on a WR, gave his opinion and is accused of calling out a teammate. Last week the Giants Michael Strahan was asked about Plax, and finally someone was able to throw it back at a reporter. The reporter says she was just “doing her job”. That is BS, reporters should REPORT the news, not try and create it by asking these ridiculous questions.
Oh and to Mr. Iceberg, it takes a bigger pair to give an honest opinion like Carr than to double talk your way out of making a decision, like oh say voting in a poll.
so if michigan and OSU did play again, and michigan wins, then what? they play a third game? what sense does it make to play michigan twice? they beat them once, they game wasn’t as close as the score indicated, if there was no 3rd quarter meltdown on OSU’s part, this game would of been 3 td blowout. i agree, michigan needs to stop whining, but now we have mike (who)leach from texas tech calling out tressel? i wish these guys like leach, and urban myer would accomplish something first before they become self appointed commish’s of college football.
All I’m saying is that they had their chance. What’s the best way to get to the National championship? Win all of the games you play.
MC, did u go to Michigan? U know like I do, that if the shoe was on the other foot, nobody would have given the Buckeyes the opportunity to even speak on a rematch. Are you part of the OHIO conspiracy???? Do you want Lebron in New York, like all the Nike execs? Did you think that the flag in the Fiesta Bowl was late? I can understand if Michigan didn’t play OSU this year. Then they would have a valid arguement, but they lost. Take it like a man. If it were Tressel whining like Lloyd Car, I’d tell him the same thing.
