The Cleveland Cavaliers and LeBron James showed the NBA that they will be a top team this season. The Cavs won in San Antonio for the first time since 1988. James led the Cavs with 35 points and 10 rebounds as he dominated the floor from beginning to end.
Tim Duncan and the Spurs made a late run, but Cleveland held them off for an 88-81 victory. The Cavaliers defense looked better than against Washington, as they were able to make some critical stops at the end to preserve the victory. James played like a future MVP making big shots and pulling down critical rebounds. If LeBron and the Cavs continue to play this type of defense, Cleveland will be making a run at a championship.

Go Cavs! I am loving the two big wins! Let’s sink some free throws though. 18 of 30 is not going to make you an NBA champ.
We got through two, now let’s swing the hammer and start pounding people!
The Cavs are the real deal. People must be forgetting that they were a couple of rebounds from the Eastern Finals last year. Even when this city has a proven winner, analyst still try to keep us down. Look what they’re doing to Ohio State. Go Cavs, and win the whole damn thing!!!!!
The difference so far has been Larry Hughes and the defense. Continuity is very imprtant, especially when it comes to defense, so Ferry was smart to bring most of the guys back. Also, we’re now starting to see the benefits of Brown as a coach.
This team is now one of the top five in the league, with the potential to be the best if they keep this up.
Huge Win Fri, yes—–Huge Loss Sat…. =0 —Typical Cavs– if you ask me….
