Must be because the SEC is so tought, eh?
Seriously, if they had a playoff system the finals would be OSU vs. Michigan, and OSU would be leading that game by 2+ TDs the whole time, just like the last one. Maybe the second time the refs wouldn’t let Michigan continue drives they got stopped on and OSU’s center might not be wearing a cast on his arm. The final score would look something like 44-17 OSU.
